ITT

Challenge:
Provide the creative design and décor for a black-tie reception in honor of the annual National Space Club's Goddard Memorial dinner.

TEPG Impact:
Working on behalf of the space systems division, TEPG supported a futuristic and under the stars theme by providing event elements with a star-like effect for ITT’s event in 2006.  The room was created to reflect an evening feel of being under the stars. Working with partner suppliers, TEPG installed highboy cocktail tables and a bar surrounded by sheer puff fabric illuminated with white battery-operated twinkle lights. The room was draped with dark velour curtains and featured a digital print behind the bar with the ITT tagline and logo. This digital print was also illuminated with the twinkle lights. A special feature of the evening was the astrologer who provided guests with a complimentary reading of what the stars held for their future.

In 2007, a high-end “Club Space” theme was adopted featuring a red carpet, cool lounge furniture, lighting as well a “paparazzi-like” effect with a photographer capturing photos of evening guests in front of a stars backdrop.
